For Halloween I will be: Hopefully, a Merlotte’s waitress from True Blood! But I’m going to need to think of at least one other costume!

Neon pants – yay or nay? For a theme parties: sure, why not? But, for every day activities I’m not so into them.

Twitter or Facebook? I absolutely love both! Facebook is a lot more fun for talking with friends or sharing pictures. I prefer to use Twitter to share my own thoughts or opinions and reading news stories.

I love Pinterest because: I’m really proud of my board dedicated to my favorite movies, TV shows and actors. It’s fabulous if I do say so myself.

My favorite color is: Either orange or the colors pink-and-black together.

My go-to accessory is: Cute earrings and great shoes!

My role model is, Anna Wintour because: She is such a powerhouse in the magazine industry. I would love to be as important in the pop culture would as Wintour is in fashion.

I spend my weekends… Hanging out with friends, writing and having fun.

Spring formal 2012. My little is to my left, and yes, she is much taller than me.

I take a break from studying by…
Watching television, surprise! TV is such a great way to get your mind off of work and enjoy a totally different world.

I de-stress by… Also watching TV, talking to friends or reading. I absolutely hate feeling stressed and try to avoid it at all costs.

Fashinspiration: The Ladies of “Total Recall”

Next Friday (August 3), Total Recall is set to shoot its way into theaters. This remake of the 1990 sci-fi classic of the same name seems to be a great popcorn flick. There’s action, adventure, flying cars and tons of intrigue, plus in Arnold Schwarzenegger’s place is sexy Irish star Colin Farrell.

Farrell’s character, Douglas Quaid, has a lot to deal with. Douglas thinks he’s a Regular Joe, until he visits the fake memory creating company Rekall. From there he starts to realize he may just be a spy and also has two very fierce ladies on his hands. One is Justin Timberlake’s favorite “Seniorita,” Jessica Biel. She’s grown into a star since her start on 7th Heaven. Biel always looks casually cool. You won’t see this actress posing for the paparazzi without looking great.

Jessica and Justin out on the town

On the other side of the femme fatale spectrum is Douglas Quiad’s seemingly fake wife Lori, played by Kate Beckinsale. Lori has some pretty intense moves in a fight scene while her real life counterpart has intense moves on the red carpet.  She always looks perfect and doesn’t appear to have aged in the last fifteen years.

Both women prove that brunettes can have as much fashion fun as blondes. They’re so fabulous, that I just couldn’t pick between them for this week’s fashinspiration.

Day

These ladies love a good pair of jeans and some incognito black sunglasses during the day. They look put together and classy without being too made-up. In general, Biel prefers flats and some comfy cotton. The 5’7″ Beckinsale rocks her heels all day and goes for a slightly vampier vibe.

Night

Always fantastic on the red carpet, both brunettes are knockouts at night. Beckinsale loves to show off her fantastic figure with tighter dresses, often opting for a mermaid gown. Unfortunately, you can’t wear one of those on a date. Instead try one of her sassy knot dresses. Biel is more of style chameleon. She’s worn every cut in the book, and looks great every time. Her major constant though are her numerous white dresses.

Fashinspiration: The Ladies of “The Dark Knight Rises”

If you’ve been living under a rock, I guess I should be the one to tell you: The Dark Knight Rises comes out this Friday, July 20. This movie is so big, that I remember listening to four guys plan out every intricate detail of their trip to see it last year. Yes, they started planning over 365 days in advance. That’s how important the finale of Chris Nolan’s Batman trilogy is right now.

And how couldn’t it be? It took a genre that’s inherently cartoonish and created a living breathing human being with a fantastic story. TDKR also features three fabulous leading ladies.

There’s the lovely Anne Hathaway (The Devil Wears Prada) and Marion Cotillard (Inception) as well as the awesome up-and-comer Juno Temple (The Three Musketeers). Each of the extraordinary actresses has her own distinct sense of style. Anne is classy and always on the go. Marion is chic and sexy. Juno is a rocker girl to the core. With their unique sartorial choices, one of these women is bound to be the perfect inspiration for your next night-time look.

Fashinspiration: The Amazing Spiderman’s Emma Stone

Emma Stone has come a long way. She hit the scene with 2007′s hit comedy Superbad and has only gotten better. Always funny, relatable and charismatic, Stone is a young Hollywood favorite. Since Superbad, the comedienne has gone on to star in comedy gems like Crazy, Stupid, Love and Easy A, leading to MTV Movie and People’s Choice award wins. But, Stone’s style is neither crazy nor stupid, but does always have a certain youthful ease to it.

This week, Stone stars as Gwen Stacey in the newest incarnation of The Amazing Spider-Man. Although it’s easy to get super hero fatigue during the summer, Stone brings a refreshing edge to everything she does. Her great personality and amazing fashion sense inspired to this week’s fashinspiration.

Day
Stone always looks casual and fresh during the day. She doesn’t try to look over-the-top and seems really down to Earth. Usually, she’s rocking a great pair of skinny jeans, flats and wayfarer sunglasses. The Amazing Spider-Man star looks London-ready with tons of tartan prints and leather jackets; maybe co-star and rumored boyfriend Andrew Garfield’s British sensibilities have rubbed off on Stone.

Fashinspiration: “True Blood’s” Sookie Stackhouse & Anna Paquin

True Blood’s pre-summer tagline is “waiting sucks.” Luckily fair Truebies, the wait is just about over! On June 10, Sookie Stackhouse, Eric Northman, and the rest of Bon Temps return for True Blood’s fifth season. Can we have a collective sigh of relief? After last season’s breathtaking finale, tomorrow’s premiere (entitled “Turn! Turn! Turn!”) has quite a few questions to answer.

To celebrate the HBO hit, I’m dedicating this week’s Fashinspiration to True Blood’s heroine, Sookie Stackhouse, and her real-life counter part, Anna Paquin. Sookie definitely has my favorite sense of style on television. She wears the most adorable sundresses and always looks classy; which is no easy feat since she’s usually covered in blood. Anna looks fabulous on the red carpet, especially with her best accessory: husband and co-star Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton).

If you love Sookie or Anna’s looks but don’t have a behind-the-scenes stylist, here are some wallet-friendly finds.

Fashinspiration: “Snow White And The Huntsman’s” Charlize Theron

You’ve probably noticed the princess-themed entertainment trend of the last year. Our favorite fairy tales are everywhere. “Once Upon A Time” premiered as one of the biggest TV hits of last season while “Beauty and the Beast” is joining the CW this upcoming fall. There are even two dueling Snow White Movies this year. “Mirror, Mirror” debuted in March, while “Snow White and the Huntsman” hits theaters this weekend.
“Huntsman” features Academy Award winning actress and fashionista Charlize Theron. Although Theron isn’t constantly plastered on the covers of tabloids, when she does grace us with her presence she looks amazingly classy and well put together. I’m pretty sure her fabulous shoe collection is one of Hollywood’s greatest secrets.

If you don’t have the bank account of an actress with two summer blockbusters (Theron is also starring in Ridley Scott’s Prometheus, out next week), here are some budget-friendly alternatives.

Day
Theron looks impossibly impeccable during the day. As a girl after my own heart, Theron loves a good neutral and a great pair of skinny jeans. She’s also never caught without her black sunglasses or to-die-for shoes.

Fashinspiration: Halloween Edition

We’re only a week away from Halloween! If you’re anything like me, you still haven’t figured out your costume yet. But fear not, other than CL’s already fabulous costume ideas there are some extraordinary possibilities taken right out of Hollywood.  Get ready for the paparazzi to love you!

Ariel Moore (Julianne Hough) from Footloose

Footloose came out last weekend, and who wouldn’t want to be the effortlessly cool Ariel? She’s an amazing dancer and gets the adorable Kenny Wormald!  This is a super simple idea if you don’t have the time to go buy an elaborate costume. It’s made up of pieces you probably already have in your wardrobe, like a cute tank, jeans and cowboy boots.

Forever 21 $11

Target $15

Payless $40

Claire's $7.50

Old Navy $12.50

Sylvia Weis (Amanda Seyfried) from In Time

Sylvia gets to run around with Justin Timberlake for two hours with an amazing hair cut, what’s not to love? Her costume is simple too, except for the cute auburn bob. If you want a classy Halloween this year, Seyfried’s character is your girl. Wear your favorite little black dress and great shoes.

Charlotte Russe $36

Target $20

Miladay de Winter  (Mila Jovovich) from The Three Musketeers

Every generation has its Three Musketeers story, and ours is no different. Jovovich plays a main villain in the story while still looking gorgeous. Since you probably don’t have a ball gown hanging in your closet, this outfit may take a little bit more time to get together.

Fashinspiration: ABC’s Pan Am

CL’s article told you about the most fashionable characters on TV. But, not every CL Girl has time to search from store to store for the perfect Pan Am inspired outfit, does she? That’s why we’ve done the work for you!

ABC’s Pan Am is the pinnacle of 1960’s glamour and class, and now you can be just as chic as Maggie (Christina Ricci), Laura (Margot Robbie), Kate (Kelli Garner), Bridgette (Annabelle Wallis) and Collette (Karine Vanasse) without the mandatory girdle.

The Ladies of Pan Am

The wedding scene of a certain Pan Am stewardess, not to name names or spoil it for anyone, just screams elegance! Both the would-be bride and maid of honor look gorgeous, and you can too. Their looks would be perfect for wedding, formal, or business casual occasions.

Delias $49.50

Urban Outfitters $100

Claire's $14.50

When she’s not in an overly starched uniform and white gloves, Maggie hangs out in New York City’s the Village as a beatnik. She’s debates the difference between Hegel and Marx and was grounded for a uniform violation. If this kind of unaffected cool sounds appealing, try these looks out.
