Meet Anna:
A gorgeous, over-achieving sorority girl with a busy college schedule. On weekdays, Anna promptly wakes up at 7AM to get ready for her classes which begin an hour later. She spends the entire day on campus because unfortunately, the afternoon calculus class was already full during registration. By the time she gets back to her sorority’s chapter suite, it’s time to carpool with her closest sisters to their weekly meeting. After it’s let out, her sorority sisters urge her to join them for ladies’ night at a hip nightclub downtown. When Anna gets home, it’s nearly 2AM and the poor girl is exhausted, dreading the next school day.

You may be wondering, when does Anna have time to eat? This is where Shelly A. Marie, a registered dietitian and the director of College Lifestyles, stepped in to help. Shelly recommended Anna follow the “Meal Makeover 3×3 Rule” from her book, Eat Well and Be Fabulous: A Guide for the Modern-Day Woman.
Meal Makeover 3×3 Rule
1. Three meals daily 2. Divide plate into three equal sections (1/3 sections) 3. Three foods selected from 5 groups: Meats or nuts, grain, fruit, veggies, dairy

Divided plates 2-pack, only $4.99 at Target.
Anna, our busy sorority leader, learned how to successfully create healthy and simple meals that kept her energy up each day. Eat Well and Be Fabulous provided Anna with nutritious options that fit in perfectly with her hectic college lifestyle.
