Valentine’s Day is the day of love. For this Valentine’s Day, College Lifestyles ™ is loving pink! We have the scoop on the trendy, new hues that are sure to make any heart throb. Pale pink is the hottest shade on the pastel rainbow, while hot pink will always be HOT. Whether you’re going out, staying in, or going to work, we have the perfect outfits for any classy co-ed‘s agenda. Remember, the people at College Lifestyles ™ love all of our fabulous, CL readers! Don’t let anyone or anything bring you down on this day of love.

Hearts, hearts and more hearts! If you’re staying in on Valentine’s Day, here are some casual pieces that are for any sweetheart. I found this loosely fitting sweater with the choice of both wonderful shades of pink. Both the grey and navy sweater would look great with simple, black skinny jeans. If you want to try for a sassier look, don’t be afraid to mix both shades of pink. The pale pink skinny jeans would compliment both the pale and hot pink heart found in each sweater. The nude flats and pearl heart studs are simple, neutral accessories for any casual look on Valentine’s Day.

If you’re going out on Valentine’s Day, these are some dressy pieces that will not fail to dazzle you. This pale pink dress has a beautiful, sweetheart neckline and holds lots of sparkle! Nude pumps compliment the dress well by not having to add too much detail to all the sparkle. If you’re looking to heat up your going out look, this hot pink dress is perfect. The black mesh detail adds a fresh twist to the normal hot pink dress. Along with the black pumps, black tights are also perfect to make the black mesh detail stand out a bit more if you want another layer. The final accessory on any Valentine’s Day should be the perfect lip stain. This Maybelline lip stain stays put for as long as ten hours!

If you’re scheduled to work on Valentine’s Day, don’t let it bring you down. These jackets are work appropriate and are just as festive as any of the other looks. The hot pink jacket is a cropped style with a studded neckline, while the pale pink jacket has a great relaxed, peplum fit. These jackets are the perfect way to “work” it!
