DIY: Super Easy Last Minute Halloween Costumes
October 2, 2012 | by

Did Halloween sneak up on you this year?  Are you lacking time to go get a costume or is it the morning of Halloween and you don’t have an idea?  College Lifestyles brings you four fabulous last minute Halloween ideas.

1. Cowgirl: This traditional costume is simple and fashionable.  You will need jean shorts or a skirt, a flannel button down, boots, and a cowboy hat if you have one.  Feel free to add a belt with a large buckle and a rope if you have one lying around.

2. Super Fan: This is the perfect time to show off your favorite sports team.  Borrow a college friend’s sports apparel or grab all your favorite team apparel and throw it together.  Think jerseys, t-shirts, hats, and sweatshirts.

3. Sick and Tired: Who doesn’t like to wear their pajamas all the time?  Grab those stylish pajamas, slippers, thermometer, ice pack, and a pillow.  Walk around constantly laying your head on the pillow.

4. Nerd:  Everyone loves a nerd.  Pick out pants that are to short, roll them up, or pick out a skirt.  Attach suspenders to the back of your bottoms and button your dress shirt unevenly.  You will also need white socks, loafers or untied sneakers, glasses with tape in the middle and a bow tie.
