We asked our classy social media intern Karlaa to take us on an ‘eating tour’ around her home:  Old Dominion University.  From wings to gourmet pizza, Karlaa gives us the inside scoop on her 4 favorite eateries around Old Dominion University.

1.  Dirty Buffalo. (4100 Colley Avenue)

Open to the early morning hours, Dirty Buffalo offers amazing wings and the famous ‘dirty plate.‘  Dirty plate is defined as ‘an incredibly delicious and satisfying meal consisting of three layers of goodness topped with a complementary hot sauce with all the condiments you can handle.‘  Additional selections include speciality subs, hot dogs, and fries. $

2.  Felinis. (3910 Colley Avenue)

A gourmet pizza cafe, Felinis offers both a lunch, dinner, and catering services (for any events you are planning). Order your gourmet pizza and learn a little about mob history.  $$

3.  Bankok Garden. (331 21st Street)

Looking for a quaint environment?  Enjoy your favorite Thai selections in this serene environment.  $$

4.  Pho 79. (723 West 21st Street)

Looking for a refreshing drink?  Karlaa enjoys her favorite drink at Pho 79, BOBA (bubble tea), with traditional Pho selections.  BOBA is a combination of fruit and tea poured over tapioca pearls.  $$
