October is right around the corner, which means it’s time to start thinking up new and fabulous Halloween costumes! As sorority ladies it’s important not only be creative and sassy, but also classy. Maybe you all have a Halloween mixer, or your pledge class wants to do something together. Here are some awesome ideas that won’t break your bank or exclude any girls.
1. 101 Dalmatians and Cruella Deville
This is super simple and perfect for any amount of girls!
The Dalmatians:
Plain white dress (try H&M or American Apparel)
Black sharpie for spots
Colored ribbon as a collar
Optional: Ears, Tail, and Face Paint
(Halloween stores or craft stores will have these for cheap)
Cruella:
Black dress
Red gloves
Black shoes and tights
Dalmatian fur (a white scarf with sharpie black dots would work well)
Optional: Silver Hair Spray and a long cigarette holder

2. Vitamin Waters
Vitamin Waters are great because they have 14 different flavors and are vibrant colors! There are a couple options to make this costume:
Option #1: Wrap the top half of a white dress with your flavor’s color duck-tape or wrap a tube top and tuck it into a white skirt. Then use black sharpie to write out the label of the vitamin water on your outfit.
Option #2: Get your flavor’s color t- shirt and a white t-shirt. Cut the two in half and sew the top color half to the white bottom half. Use black sharpie, black spray paint and stencils, or black puffy paint to write out the label.
Optional: Draw the bar code on the back or your outfit and you can wear your flavor’s color tights to get the full effect!

3. Minions
Who doesn’t love the movie Despicable Me?! Minions are extremely cute and do not have a limit to the number of girls. Here’s what you need:
Yellow undershirt (t-shirt, tank top, sports bra)
Jean overalls
Black rim reading glasses
Black gloves
Optional: Yellow hat
4. Miss USA or Miss World Contestants
All you need for this costume specifically would be a white sash, easily made out of ribbon, with the name of the state or country you are representing. (Black sharpie or black stick on letters work great for your title). After that, it’s your chance to get creative with the outifit! Miss Hawaii could wear a lei, Miss Alaska could wear fur boots, or Miss Mexico could wear a sombrero. The options are endless, just have fun and get creative!
I hope there were some new ideas in there for you or helped spark one of your own. Have fun this Halloween and don’t forget to stay classy!
