My go-to accessory is: The Avon Empowerment Circle of Support Necklace, a gift from my mom. The Avon Foundation for Women is working to end domestic and sexual violence. It’s very pretty, but more importantly represents that support exists for survivors of sexual violence.
My favorite store is: American Eagle Outfitters
My favorite food is: Cheesecake
My favorite TV shows are: “Pretty Little Liars,” “Shark Tank,” and “So You Think You Can Dance.”
My favorite book is: “If You Have to Cry, Go Outside” By Kelly Cutrone
My favorite magazine is: Seventeen
My pet is: My family lives much too fast-paced and spontaneous for pets. But my sister’s pillow pet, Carlos, comes with us on family vacations!
My favorite quote is, because: The Serenity Prayer. It’s my one-sentence guide to life!
My role model is, because: Tom Szaky, CEO of TerraCycle. He dropped out of college and started a successful business from people’s trash! I aspire to be that innovative, unique, and unafraid to take a nontraditional path in whatever endeavors I choose.
I spend my weekends… Summer weekends: Floating in the pool, enjoying my dad’s delicious grilled recipes, and eating at Cosmo’s, my family’s favorite restaurant. Fall weekends: Writing CL articles!
I take a break from studying by…: Exercising with Jillian Michael’s (she’s on the TV screen of course).
I de-stress by…: Yoga and meditation. Gabrielle Bernstein offers the best guided meditations!
My secret talent is: Guessing the birthdays of the many classy Co-Eds I meet!
