March’s biggest holiday , St Patrick’s Day, is coming up in less than a week. Make sure you’re festive and stylish witha little help from College Lifestyles.
Daytime Outfit:
Having a relaxed day on Saturday? A pair of apple-green jeans is trendy but festive. Add a darker green tote bag that keeps the look from becoming too costume-y and a pair of blue/green color-block sandals. Keep the look balanced with a plain white tank and a purple jacket.
Evening Outfit:
Headed to a St. Patrick’s Day Party? Try an elegant green and black color-block dress, but dress it down with a denim jacket. A black clutch and silver gladiators provide other neutral bases. Finish the outfit with a classy flower brooch and an emerald cocktail ring.
Parade Outfit:
The main objective of a parade outfit is to be as festive as possible without being too ridiculous. Start with a pair of green Converse and a green T-shirt, but add some denim shorts to balance out the outfit. Add a green cross-body bag, and make sure to keep it in front of you to avoid getting robbed in the crowd. Go crazy with your accessories – we’re in love with this bright green wig. Too wild for you? Grab a St Patrick’s Day Hat, and deck yourself out in some green eyeliner and glow-in-the-dark neon nail polish.
