I asked my fabulous friends the following question: “What’s your favorite study break/stress reliever?”

“Working out.” –Liz

“Watching a movie in bed with Pringles.” –Ellie

“Spending time with my awesome friends by going to dinner, watching a movie, or sitting around talking/laughing about our lives.” –Sarah

“Horseback riding and walking in the Arb!” –Kelsey

“Listening to music or watching movies/TV.” –Kaille

“Dancing or watching a good movie.” –Marisa

Running!” –Michelle

“Singing loudly, watching garbage TV shows, running, visiting friends and talking, whipping my hair back and forth, and napping.” –Allison

“Swimming and watching movies.” –Stephanie

“Facebook stalking.” –Tanu

What do YOU do to take a study break or relieve the stresses of college life?

Erica Avesian is an intern at College Lifestyles (TM). She is a Communications major at the University of Michigan. Erica likes to paint her nails, watch chick flicks, and gossip with her friends to take a break from studying and relieve stress.
