Battle of the Bars!
Protein bars are popping up everywhere these days, but which bar is packing in the most bang for your buck? –nutritionally speaking of course. Let the battle begin!
(And LUNA vs. LARA, take it easy on each other girls)
The Charming Contestants:

CLIF BAR, LARABAR, LUNA Bar
Contestant #1: CLIF BAR, Carrot Cake
- Mr. CLIF is an all natural & organic energy bar, free of Trans fats and high fructose corn syrup.
- My Review: Soft, very sweet (almost too sweet), tastes exactly like cake.

Nutrition Facts: 240 calories, 4g Total Fat, 46g Total Carbs, 21g Sugar, 10g Protein
Contestant #2: LARABAR, Cinnamon Roll
- Miss LARA is made from 100% food and no more than 6 ingredients.
- My Review: Squishy, tastes unprocessed, perfect amount of sweetness.

Nutrition Facts: 210 Calories, 12g Total Fat, 27g Total Carbs, 20g Sugars, 4g Protein
Contestant #3: LUNA Bar, Toasted Nuts ‘n Cranberry
- Mrs. LUNA is the Whole Nutrition Bar for Women. LUNA includes key nutrients and Vitamin D (which many women lack).
- My Review: Crunchy, more like a cereal bar, it bends when you hold it.

Nutrition Facts: 170 Calories, 4.5g Total Fat, 26g Total Carbs, 11g Sugars, 9g Protein

I loved LARA’s soft texture and was amazed at how this bar was made with only 6 ingredients. LARA represents simplicity at its finest.
